M inu Pauline from Kochi, India, noticed there were a lot of homeless and hungry people who often walked past her restaurant. She saw them rummaging through bins for food. Ms. Pauline also often had leftovers during and at the end of the day. So, she decided to do a kind and genius thing - the restaurant owner put a fridge outside to feed people in need. She told the Huffington Post  the woman “had been sleeping and was woken up by her hunger, so she had to go in search of food instead of sleeping.” She decided to take action and quickly installed a donated fridge in front of the restaurant, so patrons and workers at the restaurant could put unwanted food in it to feed  people who need it the most .
