Clean the Keyboard

 

1. If the laptop is on, turn it off. Do not use Sleep mode
during this task.
2. Use a can of compressed air  to blow any debris or dust off
the keyboard.
3. Moisten a lint-free cloth with a small amount of water
(no dripping!) or spray the cloth with a little cleaning
solution.
4. Wipe the cloth over the keyboard lightly.
5. Wipe away any excess moisture or solution.
Do not apply any water or solution directly to the keyboard. You
can not only damage the keyboard but also cause problems in the
circuitry of the computer!

Edward Baptist's  new book , "The Half Has Never Been Told: Slavery And The Making Of American Capitalism", drew a lot of attention last month after the Economist  said it was too hard on slave owners . What you might not have taken away from the ensuing media storm is that "The Half Has Never Been Told" is quite a gripping read. Baptist weaves deftly between analysis of economic data and narrative prose to paint a picture of American slavery that is pretty different from what you may have learned in high school Social Studies class. The whole thing is well  worth reading in full . Baptist positions his book in opposition to textbooks that present slavery like a distant aberration of American history, cramming 250 years into a few chapters in a way "that cuts the beating heart out of the story." Man Wants Buhari, Nigerians Dead Over Fuel Scarcity

During NAIJ.com’s recent trip to Ondo state, an unnamed young man expressed his frustration over the lingering fuel scarcity in the country.  The young man who spoke with our correspondent in his native Yoruba language, condemned the Nigerian government and its leaders, saying that the only solution to the scarcity was for everybody to die the same day, simultaneously.  This unnamed man sitting on his car wants President Buhari and every Nigerian dead.
