'Hazard Able To Emulate CR7 & Messi'

Chelsea's Eden Hazard has been tipped to become a global superstar like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, according to former Belgium defender Eric Gerets.
Hazard has been outstanding for Chelsea this year and even though he was below his best at the World Cup, Gerets believes his countryman will shine brightly for club and country.
“Even Messi needed a lot of time before he was the saviour of the national team,” said Gerets.
“It didn’t happen for several years, so you have to give Hazard more time. It will come, he has too much talent.
“The future will show if he’s able to get on the same level as they (Messi and Ronaldo) are,
“Even if he never makes it to the same level, just below them is still a world (class) player.”
Gerets, also believes that anything less than a semi-final appearance for Belguim in the Next World Cup and Euro’s will be a massive disappointment with their current golden generation.
“With the talent Belgium has at the moment it would be a disappointment if by the next European Championship or World Cup they don’t get to the semi-finals," he added.
Belguim are currently ranked fourth in the FIFA rankings and made it’s all the way to the quarter-finals at the World Cup in Brazil.
Hazard has the next chance to shine for Chelsea when the Blues face West Brom in the Premier League on Saturday.
